Just called this morning to have someone come out and check my AC after hubby couldn't figure out the problem was expecting 24 hour wait Richard came in less than 2 hours not only that but he was knowledgeable eager to fix the problem answered all my questions and even if my home insurance doesn't cover the problem they gave me a price that can't be beat for the projected problem! I was skeptical which contractor would yet sent out to handle my issue but I'm using them for all my issues and recommending them to anyone who needs AC repairs!

I have a home warranty, and recently had a claim involving my gas furnace not heating. A.R.T Heating & Air was the contractor dispatched to repair my furnace. They showed up on time and were very professional & courteous. They had my issue diagnosed within 30 mins. Unfortunately, the defective part on my furnace was the gas control valve not allowing gas to flow and subsequently heat my home. Less than 30 mins after the diagnosis the technician had sourced the part and said he would be back between 8-9am the next day (today). At approx 7:20 am he called me to make sure I was home and to tell me he was on his way. Long story short, by 8am my furnace was repaired and operating as it should. I couldn't ask for a better experience than I received with A.R.T. Heating & Air. Unfortunately, with my home warranty company, I am not able to select who and what company comes out to fix whatever I have that needs fixing. However, I am very glad A.R.T Heating & Air was the contractor dispatched in this case. If it was up to me to choose contractors, the next time I have a similar issue I would stick with A.R.T. I highly recommend them, and should I ever find myself going it alone and hiring someone myself to fix a problem I'm having, I know exactly who I am calling! Thanks guys!

A.R.T. Heating & Air Conditioning is a life saver! Thru my warranty company AHS I called and they told me I would get a call from the company to check my Ac tomorrow. Within 2 hrs today !!!! A.R.T. was out and had my Ac unit up and running. They arrive faster than calling the police or an ambulance!!!! Thank you guys so much????????????

Compacitor went out on our system the technician arrived promptly, was incredibly knowledgeable, and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. The customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure my central air system was working perfectly. I had originally called Airheads HVAC to do a repair on my AC, and they charged me $400 for a turbo and $800 for a fan motor. Then they told me that the fan blade was bent and wanted to charge $700 to replace it. Well the AC was still making noise, so I called Airheads back and they couldn't come out again for over 48 hours.

Instead I called A.R.T. who replaced the fan blade that same day and quoted me just a fraction of the price that Airheads wanted to charge, and reduced it even further as a courtesy due to Airheads overcharging me so much. No run-around, just professionals doing their job with honesty. A.R.T. has earned my business the right way, through integrity and professionalism and I will rate them 6/5 stars as well as call them in the future for any repairs needed!

My home warranty company (AHS) was backlogged on jobs and let me choose my contractor. I found out A.R.T was already registered with them as a provider and they worked with their contacts at AHS to assign my case to them immediately (speeding everything up!!!) They came out in the same day and fixed my problem with the upmost professionalism and instruction. They are local, family owned, and a small business that I'd highly recommend.

We've been customers for a few years now and we don't trust anyone else. When we were having fan problems on a Saturday and and facing dealing with the weekend under a Heat Advisory, they responded so quickly to our phone call for help... I noticed my heat was not coming on and my furnace making some crazy noises about 5 am on a Saturday morning. I called my home warranty service and they got in touch with A.R.T and they fit me in their schedule that day to at least come out and see what was going on. Turns out it was a broken blower motor and also a holiday weekend so they were unsure if they would be able to get the part due to stores being closed. Well, they just left. The store was open and they called to see if they could come on out. They were in and out in under an hour and my house is warming up as I write this. A.R.T was fast, friendly, amazingly professional, and so kind. It's not often we get cold here in Texas but tonight is supposed to freeze a bit and they were able to make sure I'm taken care. They're awesome!

0750 A/C made a loud popping noise and then came the smoke.
Googled Air Conditioning and found A.R.T. Talked to Frank at 0800. Frank was at my door by 0820.
Options were discussed. I said get that old piece of junk out. New compressor and blower unit was on the way.
Richard and Frank had completely replaced the A/C by 1330.
1400 and I'm cooler than I was in high school.

Our a/c started freezing up on a regular --like 2-3 times a DAY!-- basis. Called our former a/c repair company who came out, critiqued the last two repairs (which their company had performed) and they suggested replacing the unit altogether. As it was 20-25 years old and this wasn't the first time our a/c unit couldn't keep up with the Texas summer heat, Hubster and I decided a replacement was our best option.

We were quoted $4,884 to replace the a/c unit and a variety of tasks associated with the installation. The quote was for a 2.5 ton new Carrier a/c unit (which is the same size we currently have) w/out a heat pump option or a new thermostat.

I suggested to the Hubster we get at least one other quote... and A.R.T. Heating & Air Conditioning got our business. We stepped up to a 3-ton a/c unit, no heat pump, but with a new thermostat. We called them on a Thursday to shop our quote and, during PEAK A/C SEASON, mind you, one week later we had the new unit installed. If our old a/c had completely stopped working, I'm sure A.R.T. would have done the job sooner, but we had a/c, so we were fine waiting the week.

A.R.T. called us ahead of time and then showed up promptly at 0800 with all parts necessary to complete the installation. They were warned to not let the cat out of the house. ;-) Both installers were professional, friendly and conscientious. They completed the installation quickly and double checked all components were working. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all replaced parts including the old unit. They even texted me with a picture showing all model/serial numbers.

Bottom line price? $3,827. Over $1,050 less than the original quote. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend A.R.T. Heating & Air Conditioning in Copperas Cove, TX.

Called multiple hvac companies on a holiday weekend. A.R.T. answered and had Terry and another gentleman out (sorry forgot his name) in less than 30 mins. Walked in, assessed the problem and had our A.C fixed in 15 mins and for less than the half the cost of some other places. Even provided info on how to maintain during the summer.

Very professional and prompt. From submission through home warranty service to being contacted was 7 minutes. Keep in mind this was on a Saturday morning before they were open at 0800. Dealing with the cold as an adult or adolescents isn't ideal, but we have an infant and she does not like to be covered up. I can't express enough that I will only use A.R.t heating and cooling for any and all my HVAC needs. Highly recommend this company.

Our Air Conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called A.R.T as soon as they opened on Saturday morning and Frank arrived in about an hour of the call. He was extremely polite and professional and knew exactly what was wrong within a few minutes and had our AC working again in about 20 minutes. We now have our "go to" company for AC issues. Absolutely great company.

Great company

My AC went out sometime during the night Saturday. I submitted a work request via American Home Shield at 6:00 am Sunday and Richard of A.R.T. Heating and Air Conditioning called my cell at 11:00, he was at my house by 11:30 and completed the repair by 11:48. Now that is service! He even used my water hose to rinse the trash out of my unit and took time to explain the changes in Freon and made recommendations for maintaining and eventually replacing my unit when R22 is no longer available. Do not confuse them with Artie's Heating and Air! These guys do a great job.

I called near the end of the day on Friday and he came out quickly to fix my a.c. issues. He was very thorough and made recommendations that were helpful and made sense. My new go to a.c. company!

My Ac went out today and I called and the owner came out promptly! Very intellectual! He knows his stuff and was very kind and found the problem fast and fixed the issue fast and I was back to having cold ac I recommend this guy to anyone a+++
